Square Payments accepted (debit/credit)
Tax returns will NOT be submitted to CRA without prior payment for the return completed (payment up front). This is due to some outstanding invoices from certain clients.
Issue of refunds
No Cash-Back Option
Hooks Books Inc. does not issue cash-back refunds for income tax.
Hooks Books Inc. is registered with CRA as a T1/T2 tax preparer. Once your tax return has been completed, we will ensure to let you know if you will owe CRA or you will receive a refund. Before we submit your return electronically (EFILE) we will ensure you are fine with it being submitted. Once the return has been successfully submitted to CRA for processing, it may take up to two weeks for your refund to be issued (if a refund is available).
